Stellenbeschreibung:
- Administration und Überwachung der Daten eines Computerclusters zur automatischen Meta- und 3D-Datenverarbeitung
- Betreuung und Entstörung von Softwarelösungen für automatische Produktionsprozesse individueller, dentaler Produkte („Industrie 4.0 Umfeld“)
- Administration automatischer Datenverarbeitungsprozesse, für komplexe Industriefertigungs-anlagen (z.B. Robotergestützte CNC-Fertigungsmaschinen, 3D-Druckcluster, Verpackungsanlagen und viel weitere spannende Technik)
- 3D-Analysen und 3D-Anpassungen komplexer Hilfsstrukturen zur Sicherstellung fehlerfreier Auftragsverarbeitung
- Pflege produktionsrelevanter Stammdaten
- Rückmeldung von Verbesserungspotential
- Assistenz für Entwicklungsthemen
- Dokumentation der Fehlersituationen
- Durchführung der Softwaretests (z.B. Aufbereitung von Entwicklungsdaten)
- Konfiguration und Optimierung der Softwaretools
Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Berufserfahrung
- Praxiserfahrung in der Verwendung von SQL
- Sicherer Umgang mit verschiedenen Datenformaten (z.B. XML, JSON, etc.)
- Praxiserfahrung in der Programmierung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in Shell-Scripting wünschenswert (Linux)
- Allgemeine Offenheit zum Erlernen und Verwenden verschiedenster Softwaretools für 3D-Analyse und 3D-Modifikation, Datenbankanalyse und Softwareentwicklung
- Knowhow im Bereich technischer Warenwirtschaftsabläufe von Vorteil (z.B. SAP)
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Ziel- und lösungsorientierte, sowie eigenständige Arbeitsweise

Job Description
- Administration and monitoring of the data of a computer cluster for automatic meta and 3D data processing
- Support and troubleshooting of software solutions for automatic production processes for individual dental products (“Industry 4.0 environment”)
- Administration of automatic data processing procedures for complex industrial production systems (e.g. robot-supported CNC production machines, 3D printing clusters, packaging systems and many other exciting technologies)
- 3D analyses and 3D adaptations of complex auxiliary structures to ensure error-free order processing
- Maintenance of production-relevant master data
- Feedback on potential for improvement
- Assistance for development topics
- Documentation of error situations
- Implementation of software tests (e.g. preparation of development data)
- Configuration and optimization of software tools
Qualifications
- Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable training/professional experience
- Practical experience in the use of SQL
- Confident handling of various data formats (e.g. XML, JSON, etc.)
- Practical experience in programming is an advantage
- Experience in shell scripting desirable (Linux)
- General openness to learning and using various software tools for 3D analysis and 3D modification, database analysis and software development
- Know-how in the field of technical merchandise management processes is an advantage (e.g. SAP)
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
