THE PROGRAM

Designed with your success in mind, this program includes two tailored rotations - the first in your home location and function, and the second either overseas or in a very different function. This ensures that you have a broad understanding of our diverse and global business.

But it's not just about gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business - we also want to help you develop your leadership skills and expand your professional network. That's why you'll be part of an ambitious global cohort, and you'll be mentored throughout the program by a member of our Senior Leadership team. They'll help guide you, build your network, and set you up for success when the time comes to offboard into a permanent position.​​​​​​​

Contribute to the company’s overall growth by creating strategic plans, working with key business groups, and using data and analytics to solve complex problems for our customers.

MASTERS LEVEL
You have a Masters in a subject relevant to the program you're applying to.

APPLICATION PROCESS

The first round of interviews will be held in the second half of May with our Talent Acquisition team.  Our goal is to learn more about you, your motivations and your experiences to date. 

Second round interviews with our sponsoring Executive team will be held early June. This will comprise of a case study, details of which you'll be given in advance, and a competency based interview. 

The program commences on 4 September.
